I'm Gift Kalu, a data scientist and first-class Computer Science graduate from Covenant University. I use Python, SQL, statistics, machine learning and analytics to turn data into insights that help businesses make better decisions.

My experience spans fintech, product and marketing analytics, including my work at Cowrywise, where I worked with customer, transaction and campaign data to uncover patterns and support business decisions.

I'm particularly interested in the intersection of data and products: understanding how customers behave, where they drop off, what drives retention and growth, and how data can inform better product decisions. I also enjoy building practical data and ML solutions, especially when they solve a real user or business problem.
